Not all products are distributable. G2G-only items (frigates, MBTs, nuclear submarines, classified systems) are never distributed through third parties. ITAR and EAR-controlled items require documented compliance programmes, End-User Certificates (EUCs), and export licence capability. Applying parties must demonstrate verifiable legal entity status in their jurisdiction.

Reserved for verified defence consultancies, former MoD officials, and established prime contractors with demonstrable government access and full ITAR/DDTC compliance infrastructure.
