The Field Catering Support Equipment is a modular, rapidly deployable tactical catering and food preparation system designed to support military feeding operations in austere and forward-deployed field environments. Designed to fit into ruggedized, shock-isolated MIL-SPEC transit containers for transport via light tactical vehicles, helicopter underslung loads, or standard cargo pallets, the system provides integrated modules for cooking, baking, water purification/heating, food preservation, waste management, and field sanitation for 150–500 troops per operational cycle.
